Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead our Queen Creek team. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth service, and build a positive team culture. This role is perfect for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to grow with a fast-expanding brand.
Key Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
Maintain brand standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Assist in managing scheduling, labor, and inventory to meet operational goals.
Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
Oversee kitchen and front-of-house operations to ensure efficiency and teamwork.
Support marketing promotions, community events, and in-store initiatives.
Step into the General Manager role as needed to ensure consistent operations.
Qualifications
1–2 years of restaurant or shift leadership experience (quick-service or fast-casual preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Must be dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends as necessary, and holidays.
