GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES :

A Certified Medical Assistant is needed to provide back office duties in a medical office setting. Duties include :

  • Vital signs
  • Rooming patients
  • Prescription refills
  • Lab and imaging order entry
  • EMR data entry
  • Telephone triage

REQUIREMENTS :

  • National Medical Assistant Certification required. Non-certified medical assistants must have at least two years of medical office experience in order to qualify.
