Manager Emergency Room – Leadership Opportunity in Independence

Shift Details

Evenings : 4 pm midnight, Monday Friday (rotating call every three weeks).

Your Role

Provide leadership, management, and oversight for the Emergency Room service area.

Ensure clinical, financial, environmental, and employee-related functions are optimized.

Serve as a clinical resource and liaison with medical staff.

Oversee staff hiring, orientation, training, evaluation, and disciplinary processes.

Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and budgetary guidelines.
