Salary : $113,000 – $171,000 per year

What You’ll Do

Deliver specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) during 12-hour night shifts.

Utilize advanced NICU training and clinical expertise to provide compassionate, high-quality care to vulnerable newborns.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Experience You’ll Need

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.

At least 2 years of NICU RN experience in an acute care hospital setting (excluding clinical placements).

Licenses & Certifications (Required Upon Hire)

Active California Registered Nurse License.

BLS Certification (American Heart Association).

NRP Certification (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – American Academy of Pediatrics).

Education

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Minimum : Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Preferred : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
