Job description

Location : Seminole County, Longwood, FL

We are currently seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our dynamic team at a leading Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing company. The ideal candidate should be approachable, motivated, and have outstanding customer service skills to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.

Salary : Competitive, based on experience.

Benefits : 401K, Insurance.

Training : Provided.

Role Overview :

  • Entering AR Delivery Slips into QuickBooks.
  • Evaluate customer calls to assign the right technician to each job.
  • Evaluate customer calls to forward to an office person.
  • Assisting with Permitting filling and scheduling.
  • Assisting with Warranty filling and parts.
  • Parts ordering and staging.

Responsibilities :

  • Dispatch technicians according to schedule.
  • Schedule and monitor service calls and technician assignments.
  • Handle incoming service calls and adjust schedules as necessary.
  • Your efficiency and accuracy in data entry will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's operations
  • Enter data from various sources into our database systems accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and courteously.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing concerns and special requirements.
  • Coordinate and verify weekend and on-call duties for co-workers.
  • Support and collaborate with team members.

    • Skills Required :

  • Experience in customer support or as a client service representative.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Strong skills in phone handling and active listening.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong adaptability to various customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective multitasking, prioritizing, and time management abilities.
