What we are looking for :

Actively working as Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Licensed in Kentucky or compact licensure.

Minimum of 1–2 years of recent experience in LTC / Skilled Nursing

Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and maintain high patient care standards.
