Usability Researcher

A company is looking for a Usability Researcher to conduct user behavior research and influence product design.

Key Responsibilities

Execute impactful research to understand customer needs and experiences

Plan and conduct remote usability studies, both moderated and unmoderated

Analyze data and synthesize findings into comprehensive reports

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience with digital products

At least 2 years of UX researcher experience or 1 year in UX research with 2+ years in related roles

2+ years of research planning and / or project management experience

Experience running in-depth qualitative interviews

A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field
