Datapak Services Corporation is seeking Production warehouse personnel to work in our warehouse facility in Howell. This is a full-time position. The main areas of responsibility are prepping product, assembly, moving product, and clean-up. You must also maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, quality-focused and have strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work. The days and hours are Monday thru Friday 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

Ability to understand basic reading, writing in English

Basic Arithmetic skills

Ability to learn and follow written procedures

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to work at a fast pace

Show up consistently on time

Ability to perform accurately in a high-pressure / fast-paced environment

Ability to stand for the entirety of a shift

Ability to handle repetition on a daily basis

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Communicate effectively with Production Lead, Warehouse Supervisor, and other team members

Assist in day-to-day warehouse and production operations

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety protocols and warehouse guidelines

Operate basic production equipment (conveyor)

Assemble products or packaging materials as required

Package finished goods according to company standards (box, wrap, seal, label)

Maintain pace with production demands and quotas
