Position : Full-Time

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM
Location : Fremont, CA
About the Role
We’re looking for a Director of Pharmacy who leads with both heart and expertise. This position oversees pharmacy operations across two community-based health centers, ensuring patients receive safe, accessible, and high-quality care. The Director will act as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC), managing compliance, leading the 340B Program, and fostering mentorship within the pharmacy team.
Responsibilities
- Direct all pharmacy operations and uphold compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Serve as PIC, managing licensing, audits, and quality assurance.
- Lead and monitor the 340B Drug Pricing Program in alignment with HRSA guidelines.
- Guide the P&T Committee in formulary management and safety.
- Mentor pharmacists, residents, and externs to support professional growth.
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, and cost-control measures.
- Partner with clinical teams to improve patient outcomes and education.
