Key Responsibilities
Own and scale the paid search strategy, driving qualified pipeline growth across three business verticals
Manage daily campaign operations, including keyword research, ad copy, bid strategy, and performance optimization
Develop and execute a continuous testing framework to identify optimization opportunities and improve campaign performance
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on paid search experience in high-growth B2B companies managing budgets of $200K+ per month
Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze data using Excel / Google Sheets or SQL
Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities across different segments and stakeholders
Data-driven decision-making approach focused on testing and continuous optimization
