About the Role
They’re searching for a visionary, hands‑on Head of Design to join as a founding team member. This is your chance to define how people experience AI for the next decade.
You’ll work directly with the CEO, a proven founder with a track record of scaling companies who believes design is not just an aesthetic, but a strategic edge.
You’ll lead design across product and brand, shaping an experience that feels seamless, intelligent, and deeply human.
What You’ll Bring
Deep experience crafting world‑class consumer mobile apps (iOS / Android)
A strong grasp of AI tools and design potential, with curiosity about what’s next
Experience working with early‑stage startup's
The ability to take a product from 0 → 1, owning the full design lifecycle
A knack for making multi‑step AI workflows feel magical and intuitive
Hands‑on mastery of Figma and modern design systems
Compensation
$200K–$400K + 2–5% Equity (based on experience)
Location
San Francisco (Hybrid), You’ll collaborate in‑person with the team 2–3 days per week in their SF office.
