Administrative And Facilities Manager

In the role of Administrative And Facilities Manager, we'll count on you to :
- Provide clear and collaborative leadership in general office management needs for the Portland office to include compliance with corporate systems, policies and procedures and communications to staff.
- Supervise 2-3 administrative staff in partnership with local leadership including performance management, workload allocation, compensation planning, and training.
- Coordinate facilities and general administration needs with satellite area offices.
- Assist with and provide recommendations for office space planning and facilities administration working with local leadership and the corporate facilities team.
- Assist the Area Manager and leadership team with administrative support, and preparation of plans, and other special reports.
- Perform light accounting duties, such as purchase requisitions, accounts payable, P-card transactions.
- Serve as coordination point for company processes and direction related to facilities management, health and wellness, safety coordinators, equipment / vehicle management, and business group administrative support as required.
- Proactively communicate with human resources, accounting, and quality program managers to support decision-making and implementation.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications :
Associates degreePrevious professional experience in the Engineering, Architecture, or Construction industry as an office administrator / managerComfortable handling confidential informationExperience developing internal processes and electronic filing systemsRequired Qualifications :
