Key Responsibilities
Originate loan applications
Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations
Determine the feasibility of granting loans
Required Qualifications
Financial analysis and credit evaluation skills
Strong understanding of lending processes and regulations
Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and take initiative
