Senior Manager, Data Analysis

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Analysis Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

Support analytical data needs for the assigned business unit and manage complex data requests

Initiate and manage companywide data process improvements and oversee large-scale analytic projects

Develop and lead activities to achieve strategic department goals and communicate these to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a data-related field

8+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare

Advanced SQL and Microsoft Access skills, with knowledge of relational databases

Understanding of health insurance business and claims payment procedures

Master's degree and supervisory experience preferred
