Essential Duties of the Graphic Artist role include but are not limited to :
- Graphic Design : Develop high-quality graphics for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, presentations, social media, email campaigns, and website assets.
- Brand Consistency : Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s branding guidelines and maintains a professional, cohesive look.
- Construction Visuals : Create infographics, assisting with project renderings & site maps, and other visuals to communicate project details and progress effectively.
- Marketing Materials : Design proposals, reports, advertisements, signage, and trade show materials that support business development and client engagement.
- Photo Editing : Edit and enhance construction site photos for use in marketing materials and social media.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, project management, and executive teams to develop creative solutions for branding and communication.
- Software Utilization : Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- File Management : Organize and maintain design files, templates, and digital assets for easy access and future use.
To be successful in this role, a qualified candidate will :
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the construction, architecture, or engineering industry.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and the flexibility to adapt to new situations, changes and challenges.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Familiarity with construction industry terminology and blueprints is a plus.Basic knowledge of photography and video editing is a plus.Compensation : EEO
