Revenue Cycle Recovery Associate

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Bad Debt Recovery Associate to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Review patient balances for accuracy and manage progression to collection agency

Research and document insurance correspondence and resolve claims issues

Identify root causes of account issues and coordinate corrective action plans

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle, Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance

Working knowledge of insurance processes and outpatient therapy billing preferred

Experience in a high-production healthcare environment preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
