Position Summary :

As a school-based COTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR / L) to support students in developing fine motor skills, sensory processing abilities, and overall independence in the school environment.

Responsibilities include :

Implementing therapy plans developed by supervising OTs

Supporting students functional skill development in academic and daily activities

Assisting with environmental modifications to promote access and independence

Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records

Collaborating with OTs, teachers, parents, and other professionals as part of the student support team

Qualifications :

Valid state license / certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Associates degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Access to personal transportation is a plus
