What You'll Do :

Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry onto the premises of a food and beverage production location.

Verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location to maintain compliance with site-specific policies and procedures.

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by addressing inquiries and assisting with directions within the facility.

Carry out security-related procedures in accordance with site guidelines and report any unusual activity to Allied Universal management and / or site management.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential issues and observe for anomalies.

Complete and submit reports related to daily activities, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and the client site.

Collaborate with site personnel and / or law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Willingness to work at sites with limited on-site facilities, such as portable toilets or a rustic guard shack, is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
