Job description10+ years of overall experience, with strong hands-on exposure to ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) . Expertise in ServiceNow modules including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand, Resource, and Financial Management. Strong understanding of ITBM / ITIL processes and how they integrate with SPM. Proven ability to lead workshops, gather business requirements , and convert them into functional specifications. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in hybrid environments and coordinating with both technical and non-technical teams.

Job Description :
- Implement ServiceNow SPM on a greenfield instance.
- Analyze requirements with business stakeholders and provide guidance to developers and technical teams on best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
- Define functional requirements and translate them into ServiceNow SPM configurations and workflows.
- Support project planning, demand management, and resource allocation through the ServiceNow SPM suite.
