LPN for Per Diem Shifts

What You'll Do :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be essential in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include providing direct nursing care, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and overseeing care plan implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information
  • Work with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement care plans
  • Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as necessary
  • Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols

    Qualifications for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) include :

  • Valid state LPN license
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Interest in the nursing needs of the elderly and chronically ill
