Position Summary

The Executive Director (ED) is the senior leader responsible for driving the success of our home care agency. This role oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations—including Administration, HR, Finance, Scheduling, Recruitment, and Client Services—while ensuring exceptional client care, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. The ideal candidate has direct leadership experience in home care operations, with a proven ability to balance strategic growth and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Compliance

• Direct overall home care agency operations with accountability for performance, compliance, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing home care and employment practices.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and quality standards across all service areas.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
• Partner with accounting to manage billing, collections, and accounts receivable.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and KPIs to maintain fiscal health and profitability.
