What you do : Learn to influence individuals and teams in a safe and efficient manner within the manufacturing environment. Assist with implementation and managing the completion of production plans. Apply good leadership techniques to achieve or exceed the expected level of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People related metrics. Help with ideas to improve current processes. Attend meetings with Supervisors and Managers to gain understanding of current projects / focuses. Participate in problem solving to overcome production related problems, materials shortages, equipment malfunctions and unavoidable delays where possible to reduce their impact on operations.
