Job descriptionThe PMC Clinical Team is ready to support you every step of the way. We have online resources at your fingertips 24 / 7. We connect you with our top team members for peer-to-peer training and support. Care : Provide social service functions in the behavioral healthcare setting, including assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, and case management to patients and families. Community : Educate patients and families on signs and symptoms of illness to prevent re-hospitalization and improve disease management skills. Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients. Compliance : Develop and coordinate therapeutic program services on the behavioral health program unit. Master’s degree in social work (MSW) required. Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker required. Two or more years of previous experience in all aspects of social service with an emphasis in psychiatric work preferred. Current certification / training in the management of disruptive and assaultive behavior. BLS Handle with Care will be provided Basic computer knowledge Strong interpersonal skills
