Master Scheduler
The company is seeking mid-level and senior Master Schedulers to provide SETA support in Hanover, MD.
Responsibilities :
- Designs, develops, and maintains Integrated Master Schedules (IMS);
- Applies principles of project management developing large, complex schedules;
- Performs program schedule analysis to include : Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances; Builds and maintains a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and deliverables from vendors and Government sources;
- Monitors vendor schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variances;
- Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Project or Operations Management, or Business Administration (4 years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).Minimum years of experience in project scheduling such as project / operations management or logistics :Mid-level : 4 years of experienceSenior : 8 years of experienceDesired Qualifications :
Successful completion of an advanced Microsoft Project course.Familiarity with DoD Contracting environment, Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report, and Agile software development methodologies.Experience on large-scale development projectsSecurity Clearance :
Active DoD Top Secret / SCI clearance required
