Emergency Medicine

Emergency Medicine physician employment in Ohio :

Looking for an experienced Emergency Medicineprovider, must be available a minimum of 5 shifts a month, preferably 8-10!

Start date - As soon as credentialed (min 45-60 days)

Free-standing ED that sees between 25-35 patients a day on average.

This is staffed by a physician 24 hrs a day (8a-8p, 8p-8a) with a mid-level from 12p-12a.

Each provider manages their own documentation.

Not designated as a trauma center. Traumas would need transferred to a tertiary center for trauma evaluation.

Providers would be responsible for codes in the ED.

IM / FM must be ABMS or AOA with ACLS / ATLS / BLS / PALS

Requirements

• Provider must be available for nights and weekends
• OH state License -REQUIRED, will accept IMLC (with proof of LOQ within 3 business days of job acceptance)
• COVID Vaccination -REQUIRED
• MUST be boarded ABMS / AOA IM / FM - will not accept any other type of certification- REQUIRED, no exceptions
• MUST haveACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS - REQUIRED
• MUST have 2+ recent experience - REQUIRED
• NRP - REQUIRED
