Key Responsibilities :

• First Point of Contact : Serve as the welcoming face and friendly voice for all residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and guests of the community.
• Leasing Duties : Meet with prospective residents, conduct property tours, process lease applications, and ensure maximum occupancy at all times.
• Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service, addressing residents' needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Administrative Tasks : Handle basic office tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, faxing, and answering telephones.
• Marketing & Leasing Plans : Contribute ideas and suggestions for effective marketing and leasing strategies, and implement those plans in accordance with Section 42 Guidelines, The Fair Housing Act, and RichSmith Policies and Procedures.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate paperwork for current and prospective tenants.
• Coordination : Manage move-ins and move-outs, lease negotiations, renewals, and apartment showings.
