Job Title : Maintenance Technician Supervisor

Location : Greeley, CO

Pay Range : 47.23$ per hour

What’s the Job?

Assign staff to repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.

Supervise routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines and building systems run efficiently.

Assign inspection and testing of machinery to diagnose malfunctions.

Review type and cost of maintenance or repair work for accuracy and efficiency.

Oversee dismantling and reassembly of devices using hoists, cranes, and tools.

What’s Needed?

High school diploma or GED required.

8–10 years of maintenance experience in mechanical or facilities systems.

Strong knowledge of machines, tools, and repair techniques.

Leadership and mentoring skills with ability to provide constructive feedback.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
