Meet the Team

The S&L Artificial Intelligence Incubation Team is part of the Central Operations function, our overall mission is to enable seamless operations and provide a foundational structure for collective success. We will be collaborating with business architecture, data analysis, portfolio / PMO and IT partner organizations to identify, analyze, prioritize and develop the most impactful AI capabilities for the entire organization.

Your Impact

As an AI / ML Engineer within the S&L AI Incubation Team, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives through the exploration and application of artificial intelligence. Your analytical skills will uncover insights from vast datasets, enabling us to optimize operations and improve customer satisfaction. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help shape the future of our supply chain through innovative AI solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Gather, clean, and preprocess data from diverse sources to ensure quality and readiness for analysis.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, relationships, and trends, providing actionable business insights.
• Develop and refine predictive models and machine learning algorithms to forecast outcomes and classify data.
• Prepare and present reports to share findings with stakeholders, offering recommendations based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with data analysts and scientists to enhance data infrastructure, ensuring it supports data analysis and model deployment.
• Work closely with supply chain business functions, business architecture, and central data office teams to implement data-driven strategies to drive business outcomes.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in data science and artificial intelligence, applying new methodologies to enhance our practices.
