A company is looking for a Contact Center Support Operator I.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and provide information while transferring callers to appropriate destinations
Navigate the QGenda on-call system to identify and contact on-call providers
Process special protocols for various hospital services and assist individuals in emergency situations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
One year of call or contact center experience or two years of customer service experience
Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification preferred
Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
