Seeking a Timbers Café Supervisor :

What Would You Do?

Your main day-to-day duties will be to :

• Support staff and help with cashiering, serving, bussing, working as a barista and stocking.
• Step in to help manage guest issues.
• Figure out what needs to be prioritized and direct and delegate tasks to staff to keep operations flowing smoothly.
• Build team spirit and morale.
