Job Description
Primary Function of the Position
Support critical NPI sourcing initiatives through data-driven insights, cross-functional project leadership, and advanced analytics. Drive supply continuity and risk mitigation by collaborating across Global Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Finance, and external suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional alignment on NPI project portfolios and KPIs
- Present goals, metrics, and action plans to stakeholders
- Develop tools and processes to assess and manage supply chain risk
- Support initiatives in inventory, BOM cost, capacity, and item risk
- Deliver data-driven insights and KPI reporting
- Build scalable solutions for day-to-day sourcing needs

Bachelor s Degree
Work Experience, 4 10 years in relevant industry / experience preferred
