Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician for a closed-door LTC pharmacy in Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-volume pharmacy and grow with a team-oriented environment. Candidates who are fast, efficient, and thrive in a busy setting will excel in this role.
Schedule :
Monday Friday : 2 : 00pm 10 : 00pm OR 4 : 00pm 12 : 00am
One weekend a month : Saturday / Sunday, 9 : 00am 7 : 00pm
Flexibility for other shifts will be considered
Environment & Volume :
Closed-door LTC pharmacy
Daily volume : ~600 prescriptions
Software System : Frameworks
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare medications in proper packaging (e.g., blister packs, unit-dose) for timely delivery to residents
Assist with ordering, receiving, and stocking medications while ensuring proper storage and expiration date monitoring
Maintain accurate patient and medication records
Support pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow in a high-volume environment
Requirements :
Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License
PTCB Certification required
Previous pharmacy experience required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
