Job Overview

We are seeking a technically-minded Project Manager to join our high-performing team of environmental professionals. This position is ideal for a mid- to senior-level consultant with 815 years of experience managing environmental remediation, investigation, and compliance projects through state and federal regulatory programs within the states that comprise the U.S. EPA Region 5 area. The ideal candidate will have experience liaising with clients and regulators and managing technical teams in delivering high-quality solutions and work products. This role will support ongoing projects in Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, and Michiganwith opportunities to contribute to across the U.S..

Essential Responsibilities

• Manage and lead remediation and investigation projects under CERCLA, RCRA, and state regulatory programs.
• Serve as client liaison and primary point of contact for technical and regulatory matters.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality for multi-media investigations (soil, groundwater, sediment, surface water).
• Support and manage monitored natural attenuation (MNA) and enhanced in-situ bioremediation remediation projects.
• Prepare and review technical deliverables, including work plans, investigation reports, risk assessments, and other regulatory submittals.
• Present findings and project updates to clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Identify and support business development opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
• Ensure compliance with EHS Support's health and safety protocols and client-specific requirements.
