Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Assists and supports the organization in complying with, as well as the ongoing preparation, testing, and monitoring of conformance to, the requirements of government regulations and / or regulatory agencies.
Responsibilities
Performs evaluation of internal operations, controls, communications, risk assessments, and maintenance of documentation as related to regulatory compliance and recommends appropriate changes.
Conducts and facilitates internal and external audits to identify, evaluate, disclose, and appropriately remedy risks and deficiencies.
Coordinates the preparation of and may prepare document packages for regulatory submissions from all areas of the company as well as for internal and external audits and inspections.
May serve as point of contact for interactions with regulatory agencies for defined matters.
Respond to security and / or compliance related requests.
Update and maintain internal and externally facing security documentation.
Coordinate and facilitate third-party audit activities.
Maintain and track required quality and / or security training for the networking GBUS.
Maintain and update security and compliance reporting. Facilitate vendor security assessments as needed.
Manage security and / or quality, and compliance related projects for the networking GBUs.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a related technical field and approximately five years of relevant experience working in a compliance or related role. Experience with development and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence. Resourceful, action-oriented with strong organization skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands. Able to manage and deliver in ambiguous situations, with a sense of urgency and ownership. Ability to communicate effectively at various levels of the company, including individual contributors, engineers, senior leaders, and executives. Familiarity with compliance and security standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO 2700x, and NIST.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to formulate meaningful insights. Understanding of various security threats, scanning toolsets, and patching. Technical knowledge in multiple security domain areas such as engineering, applications, system, and network security. Exposure to risk management and / or complex business risk trade-off recommendations and decisions supported by qualitative and quantitative analysis. CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPT, CIPM, CRISC, CRCMP, or other relevant certification.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US : Hiring Range in USD from : $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
