Description

The Platform Integration Manager plays a key role in ensuring seamless connectivity between Veriforce’s internal systems and customer-facing platforms. This role combines hands-on technical execution with strategic coordination, helping to define, implement, and support integrations that enhance platform extensibility and operational efficiency. Working closely with product, engineering, customer success, and support teams, the Platform Integration Manager is responsible for maintaining robust API interactions, documenting integration workflows, and driving continuous improvement across integration touchpoints.

What that means day-to-day :

Integration Execution & Support

Lead the implementation and maintenance of integrations between internal applications and external customer systems.

Validate API behavior and system interactions, collaborating with engineering and QA teams.

Serve as a point of contact for internal and external integration-related inquiries, issues, and enhancements.

Support troubleshooting efforts and coordinate resolution across technical teams and external partners.

Documentation & Configuration

Own and maintain API documentation, FAQs, and integration playbooks using tools like Confluence, Postman, or Swagger UI.

Document recurring integration patterns and customer use cases in collaboration with customer success.

Configure and validate low-code / no-code or scripted integrations (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Python scripts).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Participate in project planning and integration scoping sessions; ensure clear documentation and follow-through.

Collaborate with product and engineering to align integration capabilities with roadmap priorities.

Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams to improve understanding of API functionality and limitations.

What you’ll need to be successful :

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in a technical operations, product support, or integration-focused role within a SaaS or software services environment.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP request / response patterns.

Proficiency with API testing and documentation tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).

Experience documenting technical processes and integration workflows.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred (Nice to have)

Experience supporting customers through API-based integrations.

Familiarity with low-code integration platforms (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, Workato, Boomi).

Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, and basic scripting (Python, JavaScript).

Background in compliance-heavy or enterprise B2B software environments.
