Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg, ED, ICU, and Post ICU Job Type : Full-Time, In-Person Location : Jersey City, New Jersey Work Type : W2 Employee Job Summary : RWJBarnabas Health is hiring passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the team at Jersey City Medical Center, a three-time Magnet®-designated hospital. This is a great opportunity to provide exceptional care in a collaborative, high-performing clinical environment. Various shifts and specialties are available, including Med Surg, Emergency Department (ED), ICU, and Post ICU. Responsibilities :

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver and administer direct patient care in accordance with professional nursing practice standards
• Evaluate patient outcomes and modify care plans as needed
• Communicate plans to other members of the care team and oversee tasks as necessary
• Work cooperatively with the multidisciplinary care team and participate in shared clinical decision-making
• Document patient care information accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families about care plans, including post-discharge information Required Qualifications :
• Active RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) degree (BSN preferred)
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in the unit or specialty of interest
• Additional certifications may be required depending on specialty Schedule and Shift Details :
