Key Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of multi-year customers, driving engagement, adoption, and retention

Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders across various levels

Lead regular check-ins and strategic planning meetings to keep customers informed and empowered

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related post-sales roles within B2B SaaS or infrastructure sectors

Highly organized and dependable, with proven ability to manage multiple accounts effectively

Quick learner, confident in explaining software platforms and data dashboards to diverse audiences

Experience working with utilities, infrastructure operators, or field-heavy industries is a strong plus
