This position is responsible for assessing client health needs, nursing care requirements and the delivery of nursing care on all assigned clients

Submission Requirements

At least one year of Home Care experience - Required

Active Drivers License, Auto-Insurance, Reliable Vehicle, and clean DMV Report - Required

Experience with IVs, wound vacs, and central lines - Highly preferred

MI LTC Fingerprinting is needed during compliance - please keep this in mind

Certification Requirements

BLS (AHA)

State License Requirements
