Are you a reliable, safety-focused driver looking for a steady job with a dynamic and growing company? We are hiring dedicated Traffic Control Drivers / Laborers to support our traffic management operations in the Richmond, VA area. In this role, you will be a critical part of the team, responsible for safely transporting equipment and personnel, setting up work zones, and ensuring the safety of construction crews and the traveling public.

What You'll Do

• Drive and Transport : Safely operate company vehicles (pickup trucks, stake beds, or other company-appropriate vehicles) to transport traffic control equipment (signs, cones, barricades, barrels, arrow boards, etc.) and crew members to and from job sites.
• Set Up Traffic Control : Work as part of a team to correctly and efficiently set up, maintain, and remove temporary traffic control zones according to local, state, and company standards (MUTCD / FHWA guidelines).
• Site Safety : Act as a flagger when necessary to control traffic flow and ensure the safety of workers and the public.
• Equipment Maintenance : Perform routine pre- and post-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment; report any maintenance needs immediately.
• General Labor : Assist with manual labor tasks on the job site as directed by the Crew Chief or Supervisor.
