Material Handling Specialist (Forklift Operations)

About the Role

Join a fast-paced distribution team as a Material Handling Specialist with a focus on forklift operations. You'll play a key role in shipping, receiving, and inventory control while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This position is essential to keeping products moving safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and speed.
• Screen shipments for compliance with TSA requirements.
• Perform warehouse system transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Verify storage conditions and temperature monitoring for sensitive products.
• Load and unload trucks while maintaining safety standards.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and secure.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.

What We're Looking For

Education : High School Diploma or GED.

Ability to lift 4075 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Comfortable working in refrigerated environments with PPE.

Team player with great communication skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.35 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
