Role Mission :
The After School Enrichment specialists will facilitate after school programming for priority students, focusing on academic support, enrichment opportunities, and college / career readiness. Enrichment Specialists will work with campus principals and the After School Coordinator to ensure after school programs align with the school's vision and priorities. After School Enrichment specialists work after school for 2–2.5 hours.

Compensation :
- Hourly rate of $14.00

Qualifications :
Required Education : Current college enrollment, up to 15 college hours, or a professional certification in the subject you will teachRequired Experience : Experience working with youth and in a classroom / school settingRequired : Attach official or unofficial transcript to verify GPA and credit hoursKnowledge and Skills :
Ability to instruct students and manage behaviorStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt to various situations in the school environmentAbility to track data for reportingResponsibilities :
