Non-Profit Student Assistant (Work-Study)

We are seeking a motivated and responsible student to join our team as a Student Assistant. This position offers an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment while balancing their academic commitments.

May also assist with Life Skills courses to prevent youth and young adults from beginning to use alcohol, marijuana, tobacco, and other drugs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and photocopying.
• Manage incoming calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary.
• Work closely with the agency's evaluator to ensure collected data is reported accurately.
• Learn the SPF model (Strategic Prevention Framework) to effectively assist in planning and using data to plan and execute evidence-based strategies.
• Review and become familiar with the agency's Strategic Plan, Sustainability Plan, and Evaluation Plan.
