Job Opportunity : LPN Charge Nurse

Rate Range : starting at $34-$39 per hour, plus evening, night, and weekend shift differentials

Available Shifts :

• Full-Time and Part-Time available
• Per Diem

Responsibilities : The LPN Charge Nurse plays a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing nursing services for assigned residents. This includes adhering to quality care standards, facility policies, legal requirements, medical practices, and physician instructions.

Additional : All LPN positions require a weekend on-call rotation to support both staff and residents. Compensation details available upon inquiry. Per diem staff are expected to fulfill (2) weekend shifts monthly to meet requirements.
