As a Family Medicine Physician at HH&WC, you'll :

• Deliver personalized, comprehensive care across the lifespan
• Engage in traditional primary care as well as DPC and concierge-style services
• Collaborate closely with internists, specialists, health coaches, and an exceptional support team
• Embrace cutting-edge tools and approaches—including genomics, lifestyle medicine, and preventive care
• Help shape a healthcare model where innovation and patient relationships are central
• ?? What You Bring
• MD or DO, with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active (or eligible) Wyoming medical license
• DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-first care
• ?? Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary : Up to $300,000
• Sign-On Bonus : $100,000
