Key Responsibilities

Develop, deliver, and assess educational materials and presentations to support compliance and privacy practices

Collaborate with team members and departments to promote compliance initiatives and address concerns

Plan and coordinate training actions with independent decision-making

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

Three years of professional work experience in adult training and staff development

Experience using Microsoft applications and various software for training purposes

Self-directed with the ability to manage daily workload independently

Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule based on training needs
