Job Title : Data Analyst

Location : Oklahoma City, OK

Compensation : $19hr | Temp-to-Hire with pay increase upon conversion

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with Report writing background and strong analytical and research skills to support zoning compliance projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to interpret regulations, synthesize data into clear reports, and manage multiple assignments with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a focused environment. Experience in technical writing, real estate, or title research is highly preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze zoning documentation to ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements
• Prepare and format detailed zoning reports for clients
• Compose professional correspondence and communicate directly with municipalities to obtain zoning information
• Interpret and summarize jurisdiction-specific zoning regulations into clear, concise findings
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across all reporting deliverables
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
