Location : Glen Mills, PA, 19342

Employment Type : PRN

Pay Rate : $10 - $15 / hr; (Negotiable based on experience)

Shifts Available : 8-hr Shifts

7 : 00 PM 3 : 30 AM
3 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM

Job Overview :

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care to our residents at our healthcare facility. The CNA will be responsible for assisting in the daily care of patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being, while also maintaining a clean and nurturing environment. As a PRN position, this role requires flexibility and the ability to work on an as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.

Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.

Help patients with mobility, including transfers and positioning in bed or wheelchair.

Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for the patients.

Document and report any changes in patients' conditions or behavior.

Provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications :

Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania

Previous experience in a healthcare setting

Strong communication skills and ability to work well with patients and team members

Ability to lift and transfer patients (assistance available when needed)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies calmly

Must be able to work flexible hours (day, evenings and nights)
