Data Operations Associate

A company is looking for a Data & Product Operations Associate to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to influence decision-making for marketing and product teams

Support product and marketing initiatives by analyzing performance data and creating reports

Manage QA processes, write internal documentation, and assist with product roadmaps and launch timelines

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in product operations, marketing operations, or business / data analysis in the financial services industry

Experience with business KPIs and performance marketing metrics

Proficiency in analyzing large datasets using Excel / Sheets and familiarity with data tools

Ability to create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively

Fluency in English and based in the US
