We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image as part of the company team. You'll report to the Regional Plant Manager for our Oldtown, ID location, focusing on these key responsibilities :

• Assist in inventory management of products with month-end count, ordering, shipping and receiving to other plants and non-local customers.
• Organize deliveries.
• Smoothly answer and operate phone system, communicating with customers in a professional manner.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers or suppliers in a professional manner.
• Perform data entry of delivery tickets, work orders and other account information as needed.
• Perform various clerical functions, including copying, printing, filing, sending / receiving / distributing documents.
• Accept and process payments.
• Other duties as assigned.
