About The Position

Shift : 5x8 / DAYS (8 : 30A-5P : Alternating Weekends), Length : 13 weeks, GT : 40, Start : 5 / 12 / 25 or sooner, POSITION REQUIREMENTS : at least 2 years of Home Health experience, Experience with Oasis documentation, Experience with Wellsky EMR and wound care would be a bonus, Experience with on call / triage, Reliable and dependable, excellent time management skills, Professional, Customer service excellence, compassion and caring, Licensure in hand at time of submission. Alternating weekends
